The Assistant Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional customer services. The position is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, including maximizing sales/profitability by aiding in developing/ training sales associates and by controlling expenses, shortages and inventory control. The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and are assigned primary for a second shift position.

Sales associates are responsible for maintaining customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, pricing, cash resister operations (POS), and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy standards. This position is extremely important as the Sales Associate is the first contact with our customers and represent the organization.
